By downloading, accessing, or using the Blence iOS application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Service description
Blence provides AI-powered face swap tools for photos and videos, including template-based and custom media workflows, optional premium features, in-app credit purchases, and sharing capabilities.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use content without the subject's authorization or consent
- Create deepfakes for fraud, harassment, defamation, or illegal activity
- Upload sexually explicit content involving minors or non-consenting individuals
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the App or its infrastructure
- Circumvent payment, subscription, credit, or usage limits
Content ownership & license
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the App. You are solely responsible for outputs you create, share, or publish.
Subscriptions & in-app purchases
Paid features, subscriptions, and credit packs are billed through Apple In-App Purchase. Pricing, billing period, and plan details are displayed in the App before you confirm a purchase.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Restore purchases is available in the App for previously purchased subscriptions and non-consumable items, as required by Apple.
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies. We do not process refunds directly.
Free trials & promotional offers
If a free trial or introductory offer is available, details and eligibility are shown at purchase time. Unused trial periods are forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable under Apple's rules.
Disclaimer
Blence is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific output quality. Face swap results may vary based on input quality and device performance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or applicable laws. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and canceling any active subscriptions through Apple.
Changes
We may modify these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
