Service description
Blence provides AI-powered face swap tools for photos and videos, including template-based and custom media workflows, optional premium features, and sharing capabilities.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use content without the subject's authorization or consent
- Create deepfakes for fraud, harassment, defamation, deceptive impersonation, or illegal activity
- Create pornographic, nude, or sexually explicit deepfakes, including nudification
- Create any sexual or exploitative content involving minors
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its infrastructure
- Circumvent payment, subscription, or usage limits

Content ownership & license
You retain ownership of your content. Media selected for the core face-swap workflow is processed on your device. Where you choose a connected feature that sends account, support, or other content to us, you grant us the limited rights needed to provide that feature. You are solely responsible for outputs you create, share, or publish.
Subscriptions & purchases
Paid products are purchased through the web checkout opened by the Android app. Prices, currency, billing period, included credits, and any renewal terms are shown before you pay. One-time credit packs do not expire. Credits included with a subscription are valid for the period stated with that plan. Subscriptions continue until canceled according to the checkout provider's terms. Refunds, cancellations, taxes, and payment disputes follow the terms displayed at checkout and applicable law.

Blence is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific output quality. Face swap results may vary based on input quality and device performance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Blence.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or applicable laws. You may stop using the app at any time.
Changes
We may modify these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
