Service description
Blence provides AI-powered face swap tools for photos and videos, including template-based and custom media workflows, optional premium features, and sharing capabilities.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use content without the subject's authorization or consent
- Create deepfakes for fraud, harassment, defamation, or illegal activity
- Upload sexually explicit content involving minors or non-consenting individuals
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its infrastructure
- Circumvent payment, subscription, or usage limits
Content ownership & license
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. You are solely responsible for outputs you create, share, or publish.
Subscriptions & purchases
Paid features are billed through Google Play. Refunds and cancellations follow Google Play policies. Pricing and plan details are displayed in-app before purchase.
Disclaimer
Blence is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific output quality. Face swap results may vary based on input quality and device performance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Blence.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or applicable laws. You may stop using the app at any time.
Changes
We may modify these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
